Becoming a man has much more to do with experience than age. I feel that every person should spend a couple year by themselves living for themselves and figuring out what they really want in life before they go throwing themselves into some relationship that is most likely going to just fuck up their head. Seriously just get to know yourself for a couple years and keep your meetings, erm, casual until you are mature enough to really understand what being in a relationship is all about. TSQ is right and I think you are too young. There is a yawning chasm between 37 and 17.
