What foods would you suggest adding?
Greek yogurt
Almond milk
Kale
Spinach
Bananas
If you incorporate these into your weekly diet, I have a feeling, you'll find yourself feeling better pre-period. Not 100% going to help everyone, but I'd give them a try. I hope your pms time gets better, it sucks for real when that happens.
I already eat a lot of spinach, but kale not as often and I don't believe I've ever tried almond milk. And I can definitely get behind Greek Yogurt. It all sounds perfectly tasty and do-able, except for the bananas.

I suppose extra potassium might help with the leg pain though. It's worth a shot.
Thanks!
