How could Romney have destroyed himself with that comment? I thought your whole point was that the billionaires choose the President? Why would a comment that didn't affect them make them pick Obama over Romney? Or could it be perhaps, that the people of this country still have a voice and voting power?
Billionaires absolutely choose the President. One just has to look at the Citizens United decision to see that. We're living in a plutocracy. It didn't matter to them if Obama or Romney won. Both of them received large sums of money from billionaires. Just look at how Obama pushes the TPP. Don't think for a second just because Romney lost the election that Billionaires still don't pick the President. Ultimately the choice is limited to those billionaires approve of in the first place.
