Shitty movies you've seen

The Shining, Misery, the Shawshank Redemption, Carrie, Stand by Me, and Running Man are the ones that come to mind. All enjoyable films. I saw Pet Semetary as a kid, and I liked it then, but I'd have to see it again to make a judgement of it. IT scared me as a kid, and while the film is pretty silly overall, I hold a place in my heart for Tim Curry's performance.

Misery, Shawshank, Stand by Me were all good. Pet Semetary wasn't bad either.

I admit, Tim Curry as Pennywise was creepy enough; a fairly good performance in a bad movie. I suppose there was really no way to do that story justice, though.

The book had a way of creeping me out with totally mundane sentences, the film had nothing on the book, it's cheesy and overall pretty dull, and the ending is terrible, but Tim Curry is just so damn entertaining in the role that it makes the whole thing worth it.
