In 2009, I was working at a high school. I watched the choir director slam a boy into the wall because the boy said "Jesus Christ!" There was a complaint filed - the young man showed me his bruises, they were pretty bad. I was required to submit a witness report. As far as I know, the teacher was just given a warning.
