The more I find out about this woman, it's as if someone made up this character while trying to create the most stereotypical hipster liberal they could.
She's a vegansexual. Takes pictures of her armpit hair. She posts articles about her right to be free to shower with strangers.
She went to the hotel to leave a note for one of her American friends and to go and say hi to another American friend named Clyde.
So I presume she could have asked either of these 2 people to use their showers in the hotel.
Instead she decides to accept the offer of Shakir.
Shakir from what I can gather from the articles, told her that he lives on the street so basically a homeless man, and he was desperate to get with her, and was drunk at the time.
I know I'm just repeating what other people have said here but really it needs to be stressed.
What is the safer option, having a shower with the homeless, drunk, desperate south African man (south Africa being known as the rape capital of the entire world)
Or you could wait until your friends from America get in contact with you and use their shower.
There's no doubt about it that if what she said happened did happen he is 100% to blame and should be arrested and put in prison.
In an ideal world I wouldn't blame her for anything she did, but it's not an ideal world. I'd be willing to put a bet on that in the next 5 years or so that woman is going to be victim to several more rapes.
