Heroin breeds physical addiction - Weed, from what my friends tell me, not so much, it's just the psychological need to feel high again that creates some sort of addiction. How are we going to determine what is addictive or not? Can I classify smartphone games as addictive as well?
An addiction to Candy Crush has a very small chance of emptying your bank account, making you lose your job, making you lose your home, and / or killing you. An addiction to heroin, on the other hand...
