I am jealous of anyone who can work out right now. My right knee is the weak link. Walked a couple miles with the dogs at (actually in the bluffs above) the beach again today. But I had to stop several times because of the pain. Hard to get any exercise value out of stopping so often.

Migraines do sound like major hell. My first wife got frequent bad headaches but was never diagnosed with migraines. I'd pray for you but .. you know.
