Nope. First off, when you have that high an office, you will be spending most of your time focusing on the needs of the country. Secondly anyone elected to that office, female or male, will have tons of staff attending to the kids. The first man or first lady will be the one outside the staff having the most time to spend with the kids. And any first family will be afforded travel together when the elected president desires it.
I don't want a president who cannot balance both.
