i like the "no victim / no crime" argument used by the gay lib movement.
an argument that there is a victim in the case of heterosexual incest is valid if the couple have a mis-formed baby due to inbreeding (the baby is the victim), and i guess there is always a risk of this occurring in an incestuous heterosexual relationship
i guess however (since there is no risk of inbreeding) there is no such ethical argument against homosexual incest.
a more interesting moral argument for me is to consider the morality of sadomasochism in the situation that (a) physical harm occurs but (b) it was consensual. it opens interesting questions on the topic of whether a human is always in a position to give consent that's truly in their interests and whether or not society should intervene if this isn't the case.
