When you have "refugees" going all the way up to Norway through Russia, you have to ask if the whole shebang is being orchestrated by Putin, just to piss off NATO countries. Indeed, I believe the non-NATO countries (Finland?) strangely aren't getting any refugees. I heard the whole shebang described as a Putin op called Operation Locust. Lots of reasons to be suspicious.
