Other countries have different myths. Such as "La grande nation".
"The Thousand Year Reich" comes to mind, as well.
Edit: before someone yells at me; No, i am not comparing the US to Nazi germany. I'm just throwing another "American Dream" style term in there, to show that it's not the only place that's come up with that kinda thing.
