Canada can supply the U.S, but can it supply to the whole world ? that I doubt.

The techniques used to extract Canadian oil cannot be used when the oil is deposited in a different manner. This "let's assume" horseshit is just that, horseshit, because liquid deposits cannot be processed like tarsands.
