I don't think I said that or implied it.
Homosexual acts are intrinsically evil. Evil in and of themselves.
Now, I personally think there will be homosexuals in heaven (and surely heterosexuals in hell), but it won't be because God overlooked their sex acts.
And why you asked? God is holy. We are called to be like Him. Homosexual acts preclude this.
Why are they evil? Why would God give one shit?
