As for the poll options, do whatever you want, but I personally would like to see more serious stuff than strictly shenanigangs. Of course you can bring out your more humorous side every once in a while, but don't overdue it and be sure to make it worth everyone's while.
Also, make sure to make a plan of action and stick to it. Have you thought about what kind of content you would mainly like your channel to have? Have you thought about where you would make the videos, what they'll be about, video editing, and so on? There's no rush, but make sure to look into those things along the way.
