Yes, this will most likely be the spam filter.

You can always send me a PM and I'll check it out, and set it right if appropriate. I do check the filter periodically as well, so they will appear sooner or later. Your one is now live Inq

Replying and quoting other people who have posted links seems to give you much more chance of getting caught; a workaround could be to just delete their link from what you quote of them and write [link] instead.
