How precise does the phrasing need to be before someone can be classified as having done that, though? 

Can I send you a PM with a post I'm concerned about and ask your opinion of it? Maybe this will settle it. I wasn't sure whether to do that or not, as I didn't know how the rules are to be interpreted exactly, thus my creating this thread.
