If you think this is a true statement you should have no trouble showing sources of black women being coerced into abortions. Did the government send telegrams to a black ladies suggesting that the G'ment would be angry with them if they had any black babies? I've never seen any examples of any action just talk by old racist white southerners to racist white southerners. I'd be you can't find any real communications of eugenic action to any black people.
