I'm only 65, so there's a still a chance I might meet someone over the age of 13 who says the US is perfect. Someday, perhaps. However, I've been to seventy-two countries while I was traveling with the USN, and all of them had positives and negatives, even the former USSR. None of them were 100% imperfect.
I'm not saying it's perfect, but compared to my shitty, shitty country it actually is perfect.
That's not to say Western Europe or Canada and some other states aren't good places to live as well, but I do prefer the U.S. in my mind, given what I've learned about it.
