The idiot doesn't understand Criminal law or the term "exoneration", I think the dumbass meant to say "pardon" in any case. Its one hell of challenge convicting an entire nation of a crime that cannot be demonstrated to have been committed due to a lack of evidence that said victim actually existed, and its quite impossible to introduce evidence to the contrary when none was ever put froth. Let's face it he sure wasn't going to do it based on DNA evidence alone now was he?

While he's at it the moron may as well exonerate Darth Vader for murdering Obi-Wan Kenobi, that way the book will sell more copies.
