I'm a fairly recent convert to non belief...although like most it was always coming.
I'm an expat scotsman, living in the US.
I love this country, but the religious thing is holding it back.
Strangely enough, when I walked onto this continent 16 years ago I was clutching a small gold crucifix and had a st christopher (patron st of travelers) pendant in my pocket.
I have a hell of a lot of things to say and questions to ask.
I have 4 kids and a soon to be ex American wife, who has custody...of which I have no real issue with.
We are having issues with religion and the kids predictably.
I have to work now, but will leave you in the words of my genius fellow Brit Hitchens.
"believe me, I have more".
Peace.
Welcome! Great to have you! I'm a fairly new convert myself (within the last year or so). Can't wait to here more! [emoji1]
