Not directly, I added some of the cost that is not normally factored in. Such has loans that alot of parents have to take out to support there families and adding in costs a lot of people don't think of. Also I was over adjusting for the rising costs of a proper education with private schools since public schools are the worse they have ever been. That amount I gave was a common average I have heard and I happen to agree with. Disgree all you like with the me, the way I view a proper upbring is higher then most people think is proper.
