I had to miss two weekly class meetings and weigh-ins during our time on Oahu. I thought I might be able to at least not gain any but I actually came down six pounds to 215. That makes me down 25 lbs in the first two months of the year. I'm pretty encouraged that I'll be able to keep this up. At this rate, I would be able to get down to 190 by the beginning of May and 165 by the start of July.
Don't think that will happen though. I lost more early on and have slowed down more recently. If I continue to lose just 2 lbs/week I might just barely break 200 by May 1 and be to 185 by July 1. I'd settle. But I'll have to give some thought to what weight I want to end up at. I was 165 pounds in high school. Not sure if that is a good goal though.
