Godschild, why can't we just PM God instead? Why instead does he send us people who just say "I'm right because I'm right because I'm right"?

Why doesn't he just tell us something that we
a) don't know already and
b) couldn't possibly be caused by something else?

The problem is that there are so many questions like this. Why did God take 7 days to create the earth? Why not just click his fingers and have it all snap into being instantly?

If he wanted everyone except Noah and his family to die, why not just strike them all down? Why instead have a 500 year old man build a massive boat, then create a flood for which not a scrap of evidence remains?

If he wanted a companion for Adam, why not just create one? Why - absurdly - would he manufacture a woman from a rib, of all things?

What you have is an unsatisfactory attitude to your own ignorance. You have no system to develop new ideas and throw out ones that don't work. If science is missing some understanding, we keep testing things and discarding hypotheses until we find a better fit. You are stuck with your original hypothesis, and you can't move on.

It doesn't move and it doesn't need changing, it works well.
