Donald Trump could still go as an independent, as he's ripping the Republican party apart. Just putting it out there. In which case maybe Sanders could got independent too? There more major independent candidates there are the cheaper it is to run. Plus the Republican vote will be split so people have lass to fear.
Additionally, Sanders has the money to keep fighting. He has loads of money behind his campaign l; more than many people realize. And he has said he will fight until the very end - like Hillary did in 2008 when she refused to admit defeat
