Kusa talking about America being great again is typical example of the fascist ideal. One of the hall marks of fascism is the idea that your own nation is greater than all others and this gives you the justification for forcibly imposing your will on other nations, often through the use of violence. Take for example forcing Mexico to pay for the wall that Trump claims that he will build, or that other countries are second rate and will submit to the will of the US leader.
Claiming that the president is 'leader of the free world' is also contradictory with Trump's core message to make America great again. The president can't be the leader of the rest of the world but also subject to the will of other countries. Basically this is the fascist ideal that the native inhabitants of their own country are superior to those from other countries and that their rightful place in nature is to lead all others. Hence the focus on immigration and race, (e.g. Obama's birth certificate, illegal immigration etc).
It is comparable to the religious thinking that their own particular god is the correct one out of the thousands that exist. Many countries at one time or another thought that they were superior to all other countries. The US is a late-comer to the fascist club.
