I think it's too late for that. The GOP is damned if they do, and damned if they don't. It;s gonna be -the-way to smear a Republican candidate going forward. You just say they're from the party of Trump, or the party that cut a man out when they couldn't control him. GG, votes won. Automatons yank the lever for less.
