The Koran can't be changed either. Does that mean the Koran is perfect too?
Let me guess; it's only the Bible for which this principle of "unchangeable = perfect" holds true, and the unchangeable nature of everything else bears no relation to its validity? I.e. the Bible is special because it's the Bible.
