Are we talking "rape" as in the dog climbs onto another dog, hoping for sex and may or may not be rebuffed?

Or "rape" as in man gets rebuffed by victim, overpowers anyways?

From the perspective of a dog, being rebuffed and knowing it is a lot harder - one probably has to bite.

With humans though, a declination of sex is enough of a rebuff.
