I was like that and didn't know it.
I watched Brokeback Mountain and Heath Ledger goes to his dead ex's parents house.
He goes to the other feller's old room and smells his jacket and breaks down crying.
That was like an epiphany for me and I felt guilty at my previous lack of understanding.
I just assumed they felt love like a hetro couple does.
