I would define feminism simply as movement or support of the position about winning back women rights. We may all disagree on roles woman play, but I think for example, we can all agree we ought to strive for women rights, and the current state of the world and the past, has been unfair to women and has not given them their due.
Just like we all agree we ought to be good, but disagree on what constitutes goodness, including people within the same faith or religion, the same is true of feminism. There can be dialogue when we are going too far. But for example, the video you posted, I find mostly was spot on. The only thing I disagree due to my Islamic perspective, is that I think drinking intoxicating drinks over all is more harmful then it's benefit.
