Equal treatment doesn't mean "same" treatment, rather it implies a fair treatment. As I said before too, the term "equal" is problematic in this instance but when seen in context it's pretty clear. Women do need empowerment in most parts of the world, and speaking out isn't a bad thing. When women demand fair treatment it doesn't imply men don't deserve fair treatment, neither does someone asking for their own rights have a responsibility towards everyone else's rights. If you feel men need to demand fair treatment, feel free to speak out, but don't do it by insulting the opposite sex or downplaying their right to fair treatment.
