No, there is no such thing as objective morality. Morality is an idea that was invented by human beings, so is good and evil etc. There's simply rules that you can give yourself, which is basically be egalitarian, be sensitive to others, these are not hard things to figure out. There are clear boundaries between what hurts human beings and what does not, maybe not always so clear. Point is, who comes up with this objective right or wrong? No one, such a thing doesn't exist, every person and every society's values differ at least a little. Just like religion is splintered into different factions, because there is no one "true religion".
And there doesn't need to be absolute morality, regardless of the fact that there is none. Just don't hurt other people, if you have the capacity to feel empathy. If you don't, then you're probably a sociopath or a psychopath, which in itself isn't a bad thing. Human beings themselves are neither good nor bad, we're just parts of the universe operating on the same laws governing everything else in the universe. We don't call a rock good or bad, or call the rock a bad rock if it falls on someone's head and kills them. No, we just accept that some fundamental physical laws played out and caused a sequence of unfortunate events. The same thing applies to humans.
It's not hard to see that taking care of yourself and being nice to other people causes a positive outcome. What is up for debate, is what is good or bad for human beings. That is where philosophy comes in and the endless grey area that surrounds so many problems. There also can't be absolute morality because if there was, so many moral issues wouldn't be so complex and have no simple philosophical moral answer. The universe does not work like that and there is no absolute morality.
