Pretty much, the Saudi regime doesn't actually care that much about carrying on Wahhabi extreme sentences on people -the penalty for homosexual sex in Wahhabi religion is stoning to death-. If you want to get scared, there are other opinions but Sunni/Shia Muslims love to hide..nowadays, saudi arabia can't stone people to death, so they lash.

Burning, and throwing the committer from a high height and unleashing stones after them, wrecking a wall on them so they die in the rubble.
was said to be a valid sentence. Sunni/Shia faiths are just like that. The lowest sentence is lashing. But many agree on killing who does it.
As for Saudi Arabia, a lot of people here do other men. The governmental sector responsible for carrying on Wahhabi Sharia is becoming weaker and weaker; the Sauds -the royal family- is forced to dump it in order to survive. As you can see, looks like God is not on their side. They are under lots of pressure, and countries which aren't even Muslim -like America and Britain- are practicing heavy pressure on them.
I cover my face though because I criticize them. So technically, I don't really know, Mermaid. I hope God keeps me safe.
Bisexual or not, I criticized their government. And I'm calling against their Wahhabi faith.
My sexuality doesn't increase the odds of being prosecuted; it is my interpretations and calling out the flaws in their Wahhabi religion.
They don't allow us to discuss; everything is a taboo. You just shut up, chew then swallow. Proving the weakness of their ways.
I have my Quran though..and God above me. And I'll keep writing what I see fit, even if they didn't like it.
What more torture can they inflict upon me?
I don't want to see others going through what I went through.
I owe God a big debt for making me blossom, even in the middle of this wasteland, so I will fight for him. Actually, fighting for him is eventually, fighting for my own.
Not like ISIS and like Saudies, but as a freedom fighter. Yes, some people turn homosexual. Leave people alone. Don't invade people's privacy. Never play the role of God and prevent young loves from meeting each other and love, but teach boys to be responssible so they don't have sex until they can take care of babies if they came, and teach girls to say no so they don't bring kids to this world when they are not ready to bring kids.
It's a mental war against them. Fools and criminals and transgressors blow train stations in Europe, they don't know that the real war is a war of thought, between every free individual and them.
I'll keep writing. It comes with its dangers, mermaid. But there is no turning back now.
