We, as humans, are one emotional swamp, you might give yourself the illusion of being "normal", but actually, it won't change any of the facts that define you. Define you as in "human".

This topic was about my emotional crisis, swinging between women and men, and finding myself falling for men who remind me with women (who ring my bell), And how I still love women and adore them with all my heart, so it's weird..

So, since you enforced religion into this, I have a lovely verse for you (from muhammeden's favorit journal; the Quran !!):

(Sura 3 Verse 195 )   And their Lord responded to them, "Never will I allow to be lost the work of [any] worker among you, whether male or female; you are of one another. So those who emigrated or were evicted from their homes or were harmed in My cause or fought or were killed - I will surely remove from them their misdeeds, and I will surely admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow as reward from Allah, and Allah has with Him the best reward."

And, me, as Muslim, was adviced to follow the role model of a WOMAN; here ya go:

(Sura 66 Verse 11 )   And Allah presents an example of those who believed: the wife of Pharaoh, when she said, "My Lord, build for me near You a house in Paradise and save me from Pharaoh and his deeds and save me from the wrongdoing people."

(Sura 66 Verse 12 )   And [the example of] Mary, the daughter of 'Imran, who guarded her chastity, so We blew into [her garment] through Our angel, and she believed in the words of her Lord and His scriptures and was of the devoutly obedient.

So, let's sum up what you have been taught:
1-In Islam, it's MANDATORY to believe that men & women are from one another -what does that means to you-? It literally stated that, and be my guest and search this verse, and sure, equal in reward and rights, aren't we -both- promised the gardens of Eden if we did good in this world? 

2-My example, and role models, are TWO WOMEN, one of them, DIDN'T WANT TO BECOME A BREEDING STOCK as you may say, literally, the verse is saying "Mary who guarded her Chasity -i.e her private part-"..

So, what are women to me again?

Here's a verse that has a romantic fact to it:

(Sura 30 Verse 21 )   And of His signs is that He created for you from yourselves mates that you may find tranquillity in them; and He placed between you affection and mercy. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.

Love, is mentioned in the Quran, can you believe that?
Oh, and above that, it's considered a sign that makes people -who use their brains- believe in God.

So, listen to my advice: listen to Anita Ward's song, again and again; and maybe read a little bit before judging?
