I'd almost be willing to take your victini off your hands because of that nature (no bonuses/no losses)... but mine is Rash (+SpA -SpD), and flamethrower/psychic is workable for now

From experience... the difference between a pokemon at 1-5% hitpoints and 10-15% is the difference between 1-3 pokeballs and 5-15 :SStationary legendaries are one eighth the pain in the ass that is a roaming legendary
