Dragon Age 3?! Characters from 1 and 2 team up?! In 2 you can play 2 characters?!

Oh, and I was playing Origins today, sad thing though, I've never finished it after all these years. I'm determined to finish it now (I kinda forgot how to play it.
). Alistair said something stupid to Morrigan as usual. I can't really remember the exact line but it was something like this.
