No... alaska is an authoritarian religious shithole filled with what amount to rednecks and morons. Their understanding of 'live and let live' is keep marriage between (1) man and (1) woman, delegalize abortion, delegalize whatever else religion tells them to delegalize.
We do have hunting seasons (iow: you can't hunt X during Y time). You also can't shoot a female moose with calf. I don't know the rules on anything not moose or fish
