Can I tell a women she's beautiful or is that misogyny too?

You can tell them they're beautiful. That depends on context and on the type of person they are and on your motives.

I mean, you can also tell a woman that she's really damn intelligent, has great leadership skills, and/or is really an amazing and inspiring person. Why didn't you ask me that as well?
