Sure, if you like It has access to everything in your brain. Your new world can be however you want it to be, and you can be however you want to be (or even be able to change yourself at will). If you want to have access to any particular memories, they can be stored somewhere to view.

The first thing I always do is set up a "save state", before I've done anything else... my world has save states, you see. It would seem perfectly normal to me. Any time I want, I can then revisit the excitement of having every opportunity open to me for the first time.

Then I'd probably set up a super huge roller skating rink with a pizza bar.
