You seem to have created some kind of warped straw man argument for yourself just so that you have something to pound your chest over. You're going on this, "who gets abused worse: men or women? Because believe me, it's MEN!" Crusade, when the actual problem we should be working to solve is, how do we as a society do everything in our power to advocate for ALL PEOPLE regardless of gender (race, sexuality, ect) having equal rights under the law as human beings. Frankly, making it a competition between men and women is childish, and completely missing the bigger moral question. Human rights should apply to all humans...hence the phrase...So, I'll ask it again: why do you take all of this so damn personal?
I don't understand your logic at the slightest. You countered my argument(that feminism is pointless and all claims of feminism had been false, including rape statistics.) with an argument(that historically speaking women were oppressed and men are privileged) which is unrelated to my original argument but I countered it anyway with another argument(that men were never privileged by showing an example of war) you then proceeded to conclude that we should work towards solving these problems (that existed in the past) regardless of gender and that it is pointless as well as childish to show lists of suffrage of men or women.
I don't get it.
As to answer your last question as to why I take this personal, I'm a man, a male by gender, it annoys me to see feminists generalize my whole gender as potential rapists, our whole gender as privileged that practically gets everything handed to them, it annoys me to see them not only form an idea that complimenting a women for her beauty is women hating but then proceeding to propagate this idea,it annoys me to see that these same feminists claim that women ARE oppressed and men the oppressors...I could go on but I regress.
You are male, but you are most certainly not a man.
