Are you really unable to understand how pointless,even dumb, it is to fight for women's rights in a country that give equal rights to everyone regardless of gender, race, religion etc?

On paper. In the same way as slaves have been liberated in 1865. Women still get lesser pay than men in the same position, have less opportunities to rise through the ranks and still are subjected to sexism. Even presidential candidates feel the need to promote their view of women.

There's still quite a lot to fight for. Not as much as in Afghanistan, I give you that, but that's cold comfort.
