Instead of discussing the carrying of weapons, how about the effectiveness and uses as well as dangers? I'd like a proper discussion with a real adult. So far Rev, and Dotard, seem to have taken things way too seriously and personally. I can't help but resent them a little as a result. I don't want to debate with them any further. But if you wish to continue, let me know.

This is based on an event that is convenient for you. No two situations are the same. If I had nothing to run behind, and that you were too far for me to take on with hand to hand combat, then yes, I'll have to put my hands up and surrender. It's all down to the situation you are in. Not all situations are convenient like that though. I could have friends with me, this is yet another convenience.
