Right. I was actually getting ready to post something along those lines myself. Those are powers that we already have. What we don't need is a special case for Introductions in the event that the OP gets salty. That rule applies as much to them as it does anyone else.
The thing is, the regulars here know about the rule. New posters don't necessarily (yes, I'm fully aware of all the places that the special case rules for Intro are posted. You read that shit? I don't.). So we're - in my view - yno going to allow it to turn into a free-for-all when someone new steps over a line they may not have known about.
In case it's not clear - the above is just my personal opinion and not an official policy statement.
