May was a hard month running-wise. Too much shit going on.
But last night I amped it up. 5 minute walk, 5 minute jog, five 1 minute on/1 minute off sprints at a higher speed, and then two 8 minute freeform runs.
Normally on those last two, I split them up - 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 2 off, etc. Not last night. I did a full 8 minute run for the first one. Then 2 on, 2 off for the second.
I'm gaining stamina. I like it.
