This is the live view of the LHC beam status:

The 2040b/beam figure in the lower left (the display might change) means that each beam has 2040 bunches of protons, that's half the maximum capacity IIRC, but already really good. You can do the math how often they collide if you know that the tunnel is 27 km long. That means they go round 11000 times per second, and that times 2000 bunches means collisions happen roughly 22 Million times per second!
6500 GeV per beam means that it is running at the maximum energy for now, 13 TeV total.
