Earth’s energy budget is out of balance

Earth’s energy budget is out of balance
A great article that provides a good balance between too technical and too simple:

Astronomy Magazine -- Earth’s energy budget is out of balance.

Question is, "Will individuals, such as Donald Trump, read it?"  Will they care?

RE: Earth’s energy budget is out of balance
Interesting article. And no, people like Trump won't read it or understand it if they did. People like that have a bias against any science that contradicts their worldview. They would reject the first sentence as fake news without bothering to comprehend the whole article. That's just how they operate.
Why is it so?

Energy In > Energy Out = Hotter
Energy In < Energy Out = Cooler

The law of conservation of energy is a bitch when it is working against you.

Some climate deniers also deny the CoE in weight loss; I have heard this personally.

The answers are ‘No’ and ‘No’.

Calories In > Calories Out = Fatter
Calories In < Calories Out = Thinner

Sounds reasonable to me. I've never heard different from even the most out there climate change deniers I've talked to. I have been told by a couple that smoking cigarettes doesn't cause cancer though. The reasoning there was if it did everyone that smoked would get cancer.
