If you then talk about the denizens of Hell being separated from God, that is simply in a personal/relational sense. In that sense, they do not have the experience of the presence of God.

No dummy, that's omniscience not omniprescence. And you wonder why I've no respect for your intelligence. Well not knowing the attributes of your favourite fictional character contributes (though it's mostly the masses of bullshit you spout expecting us to take it seriously).
And you are not understanding the nuance. God is an infinite mind. He is not present in any one place, he is fully present in all places. What does fully present mean? His consciousness is everywhere. God is fully informed about every state of the universe ("knows what is happening") because he is present. This is different from simply knowing all things (omniscience).
