No, you're not using any logic. What you're using is a logical fallacy called the fallacy of composition: what is true of a part is not necessarily true of the whole.

Let me spell it out for you.
Thump clearly defined an organization as having a hierarchy.
Thump clearly compared the reason rally to a rioting mob, suggesting that neither have an hierarchy and cannot be called an organization.
The reason rally is clearly an organization.
Ergo Thump is clearly wrong.
