False pseudophilosophical bullshit. My computer loses power every time I unplug it. Then I plug it back in and it returns.
Quote:Oh really? A women once won the lottery, she became rich over night. She used to work at the tills. Instead of saving the money and keeping it safe, she went on a spending spree. In a little over a year and she was once again working behind the tills. A millionaire remains a millionaire by keeping that million in the bank. Spend it, and rich you will no longer be.
If we both had 10 million each, you spent yours, I kept mine. I would become more powerful than you.
Unless I spent the 10 million taking both your 10 million and someone else's 10 million. Then I would spend those too.
There is nothing gained by money sitting. I don't respect those who have 1 million dollars, I respect those that have spent much of that money (minus the 'emergency' fund and a little extra for random vanity) on things they use.
Richness is not a measure of how much has, but of what one has.
Quote:Not likely. You'll never make it that far.
Full stop... america's military (largest other than china, and purportedly one of the best ones) won't make it very far against <insert weak european country here that relies on an alliance for security>?
I'm done if you say yes to that.
Please give me a home where cloud buffalo roam
Where the dear and the strangers can play
Where sometimes is heard a discouraging word
But the skies are not stormy all day
